Privacy notice (pre-launch draft)

How CodeCheck Pro plans to handle support messages, Code Pro credentials, bookings and technical inspection records.

This notice must be completed with the real operating legal entity, privacy contact, hosting locations and approved retention periods before a public commercial release.

What we collect

Account name and email; optional contact and company data; Code Pro SCE membership number, professional grade, qualifications, relevant consulting-license details and SCE accreditation evidence; an optional profile photo; weekly availability and consultation request details; support messages and relevant inspection identifiers.

Why we collect it

To run accounts and inspection workflows, verify eligibility to offer professional consultations, route requests and customer inquiries, prevent misuse, and meet legitimate legal and regulatory duties.

Who can see what

Public Code Pro profiles display only intentionally published professional fields after verification. SCE accreditation documents are private and accessible only to authorized administrators and the applicant. Consultation requests are visible to the requesting customer and assigned Code Pro; support messages are available only to authorized support personnel.

Lawful basis, retention and your rights

Processing is conducted in accordance with applicable Saudi Personal Data Protection Law requirements. Final privacy terms will identify the lawful basis for each use, retention and deletion periods, data sharing and any international transfers, and how individuals can exercise access, correction and deletion rights where available.
